Fixed Penalty Notices

Where antisocial behaviour has taken place, Ministers wish to ensure that swift, effective and fair action can be taken. Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) will help with this.

Following the succesful pilot scheme in the Tayside Police Force Area, Fixed Penalty Notices will be rolled out to all the police areas by the end of 2007.
